A Neighborhood Kitchen With Southside Roots

La Parrilla 2 has been feeding San Antonio’s Southside for years, serving up a menu big enough to have “so many things,” as one regular put it, and warm enough that families keep coming back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Behind the stone archways and red tile roof, our kitchen turns out sizzling carne guisada, hand-pressed tortillas, and hearty combination plates from open to close.

We’re proud to be the kind of place where a first-time visitor can bring the kids for pancakes and oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins in the morning, and come back that same night for margaritas, tableside grilled fajitas, and the game on one of our bar-side TVs. Our dining room is spacious and welcoming, with local artwork on the walls and a full bar in back — there’s a seat for every occasion.
